    YOUR STRATEGIC ROLE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    As a Customer Service and Logistics Technician<\/strong>, under the supervision of the Director, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Replacing coordinators, the transport division, and customer service during absences, vacations, or workload peaks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Supporting team members in the execution of their tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensuring rigorous follow-up of tasks and inventory control<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Performing various data entries (products, receipts, shipments, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Participating in product creation and managing receipts\/shipments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Making inventory corrections or adjustments as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Contributing to the optimization of the CSM (Zoho) and responding to recurring client requests (reports, temperature charts, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Verifying and conducting preventive inventories<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      YOUR PROFILE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • High school diploma (DES)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service (logistics, warehousing, or related field)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Excellent command of French and English, for frequent oral and written communication with clients and suppliers in both languages<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Familiarity with SAP and EDI processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n
